Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days for Metro Manila and 4-7 business days for provincial areas. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
In case of high influx of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Should there be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email, telephone, or SMS.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order are FIXED and will be displayed at checkout. Fixed shipping
charges are as follows:
* Same day delivery is not an option.
* Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
* For orders exceeding the 12kg. limit, kindly send us an email at [email protected] to process delivery of your order.
Shipping confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation SMS/EMAIL once your order has been shipped. Tracking number(s) of your packages will be sent through EMAIL.
In case your package gets to you with any damage(s) due to handling and delivery, you may inform us via [email protected] and [email protected] along with supporting images and order details of the parcel.
For retail orders, a maximum of Php 500.00 shall be given as a refund for the damage(s) sustained by the product en route to your location. As for bulk orders (orders amounting to Php 3.700.00 and up) the amount of refund for damage(s) shall be deliberated after further investigation by the courier/logistics company.
You shall be notified of the amount to be refunded via email. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship directly outside the Philippines.
